Here is another one of SCRUFF’s patients at our November 9, 2025 Spay Day at the Animal Protective Foundation (APF) at 53 Maple Ave in Schenectady.
On that day we hosted 37 cats for Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR), which is a humane strategy for reducing the number of feral and stray “community cats” and improving the quality of life for cats, wildlife, and people.
